In depth

Verdict

Lord Wishes, who has won twice around here, goes well fresh and the veteran is worth a market check in this. Aye Right is also a dual course winner and has won three of four starts this season, though is climbing the weights. Hopefully, a couple of hurdle runs will have restored BORDEAUX BILL’s confidence as he’s well handicapped on his best form. Brian Ellison’s charge gets the nod ahead of Something Brewing, who fell on his chasing bow but could go close with a clear round. Irish raider Mistermoonboy and Ballycrystal Court also have a squeak.
