    Verdict

Raysrock is now on a career-high mark after winning a four-runner race at Ayr nine days ago but did finish a long way in front of Quicuyo at the same track previously. Gringo is eased in grade and lightly raced over fences, while My Moment is a rare runner here for Henry Daly and nicely handicapped on his best form of last season. Fred Bojangals and Carrietau remain out of form while Tartan Snow's jumping remains an area of concern, so we'll take HEAVENLY CHORUS to regain the winning thread even though she's yet to taste success over fences away from Catterick. Keith Reveley's mare is at least consistent over the larger obstacles, which is more than you can say about the majority of her rivals.
