Verdict

It could pay to stick with the progressive BUCKLAND BEAU (NAP) in this. He left it late to get his head in front over 1m2f here when landing a hat-trick and may have enough left in the locker to defy a further 2lb rise. Trimoulet scored over track and trip in December but has his first start since. Gaelic Silver finished ahead of previous winner Alshan Fajer when third at Lingfield last time while Two Jabs won here before failing to complete over hurdles and Closer To Home has been competing over timber since winning at Deauville in August. Music Man is unexposed and preferred to the likes of Charlies Mate and Quality Song.
