Verdict

Mark Johnston's two-year-old runners are in fine fettle with Ravenhoe winning the Brocklesby ahead of Just That Lord and Rah Rah beating Anwar over course and distance a week ago. That should give the trainer a good line on the chances of the newcomer TAWAKKOL, who is out of a prolific mare and related to a host of winning sprinters. The Firebreak colt also makes more appeal than fellow debutants Frank Bridge and Rosealee with the latter preferred of that pair on breeding.
