In depth

Verdict

Revolutionary Man has had a wind operation and could be interesting on his handicap debut having finished third behind a couple of useful winners at Chelmsford in the autumn. Tig Tog wasn’t beaten far over course and distance when last seen in September but may find at least a couple of these are better treated. New Orleans could be one as he was only caught close home by FREEBE ROCKS at Lingfield and is a pound better off. But Michael Bell’s gelding overcame trouble in-running to score that day and won over a mile here in February so looks the one to be on with an inside draw. Haverland is another to consider while Cristal Pallas Cat has been running well enough this year. Tribal Warrior won a novice event here in February but was a bit disappointing on his handicap debut at Wolverhampton.
