Verdict

Lyssio popped up in a conditions race at Epsom last time but is too inconsistent to have much faith in. With doubts about a few of the other leading contenders as well, another chance goes to RAWAKI. The Polytrack winner was expected to finish a bit closer at Ascot last time but this is much easier and Andrew Balding's charge is still open to improvement. Brigadoon scored over track and trip last month but is 7lb higher today while recent Newmarket third Nave is upped in class. Anton Dolin has a shout off his current mark and No Compromise is preferred to Epsom winner Enery, who has to contend with an 8lb higher mark on the Polytrack.
