Verdict

DIVINE MESSENGER (NAP) has been raised 9lb after making a winning start in handicaps with an impressive victory over track and trip. He won by over three lengths going away on that occasion and looks the most progressive of these. Hughie Morrison’s duo Hilight and Geranium are other lightly-raced types to consider with the latter preferred now handicapping while Bookmaker was beaten only a length when fourth at Lingfield last time and can figure. Both Stringybark Creek and Makhfa ran well at Wolverhampton recently and Connemera Queen drops down in class having won here in May.
