In depth

Verdict

Agapanthus was desperately unlucky at Wincanton as he looked to have the race in safe keeping when falling two out. Off the same mark here, he'll be fancied to gain compensation. But KAYFTON PETE is in good form and won't go down without a fight having won easily at Market Rasen last month. Like Agapanthus, both Capisci and Wish In A Well were fallers last time but were beaten when coming to grief. Noble Friend is now on a career-high mark and couldn't cope last time at Newton Abbot so looks worth opposing.
