Three of these are course and distance winners. King Calypso has gained four of his five victories on the track but hasn't been in the best of form and was a long way behind Seinesational here last month. The winner has now won four times and is generally consistent so should be thereabouts again. Fitzwilly also won around here in September but that was his only all-weather success in 13 starts. The lightly-raced Encryption battled on to score over an extended 1m3f at Yarmouth but has never raced over a trip this far unlike GENERAL ZOFF. William Muir's charge has won twice over the distance and is up just 4lb for beating Swordbill over the trip at Lingfield so looks the one to be on.
