    Verdict

Not much public form to go on here but CORTON CHARLEMAGNE looks to set the standard and she is preferred to Jordaura and Goodison Glory. Rae Guest's filly has shown plenty of promise on her two runs to date and the return to 6f is a big plus for her here. The draw could have been kinder, but nonetheless she sets the standard. Jordaura looked in need of the experience on his debut but when the penny finally dropped he stayed-on well to finish third behind Enact. If he progresses, as expected, he should go close. Goodison Glory is an interesting newcomer from the Richard Fahey yard and he does have the best of the draw, but he is bred to be better over further and he is probably best watched on his debut. Aroundthebay ran well on her debut at Warwick when she was forced to travel wide throughout. She was only a cheap purchase but she could be capable of making the frame if she can progress again. Corton Charlemagne makes plenty of appeal and is put forward as the pick.
