      Verdict

Mantle can go one better to oblige at the expense of Profitable, Red Gala and Foreigner. Mantle finished a fair second on her return to action at Wolverhampton, and being out of Cheshire Oaks winner Kyle Rhea, should relish this step up in trip. As long as they go a decent pace here, James Fanshawe's four-year-old should make a bold bid to open her account. Profitable did very well to finish second on her return at Redcar, having been off the track since April, but she looks as though she might need even further in time. Red Gala caught the eye when fifth on his Sandown introduction, and this half-brother to Red Bloom is definitely worth a mention, while Foreigner raced too keenly at Leicester last time, and being a son of Montjeur, should appreciate the trip. For the winner we return to Mantle.
