Verdict

There's not much between these at the weights though PASTORAL JET arrives in the best form. He won a handicap over C&D before going close again last time and should take care of today's rivals with a similar effort. Monsieur Broughton could figure on his first start since April while Rogue Reporter has tumbled down the weights and may finish closer as a result. Shahrazad has scope for improvement but it's difficult to find any worthwhile form among the remainder.
