Verdict

Alpha Spirit's fourth at Nottingham is the best form of those with experience but it would be no surprise if the likes of No Delusion and Only Joking showed big improvement. Nevertheless, one of the newcomers may well prove good enough and that includes both Larch and Calypso Beat. The speedily-bred One Moment is a half-sister to seven winners and is not easily overlooked either but CURSORY GLANCE is expected to go close for Roger Varian as he knows what is needed having trained the winner of the last two renewals.
