NOVERRE TO GO can land this competitive sprint from Smokey Ryder, Never Lose and Five Star Junior. The Noverre colt is on a hat-trick of wins over this 6f trip after scoring at both Lingfield and Great Leighs in December. He has no problem going well when fresh and he looks to have more improvement in him so he rates the pick today. Smokey Ryder has won six of his last eight starts at either today's trip or the minimum. He has gone up 4lbs for running into the frame in a Listed contest last time when tried over further, but now back over this trip he looks a serious danger. Never Lose stayed on to land a Southwell maiden over this trip earlier in the month and if she handles this quicker surface then she could figure, while Five Star Junior is raised 3lbs for also making the frame in a Listed race last time out and is not ruled out. Satwa Street has every chance at these weights of reversing form with the last-named runner and so must enter calculations, but Noverre To Go is preferred.
