In depth

Verdict

A rejuvenated Taajub has won his last two starts over the minimum trip at Lingfield but he looks vulnerable back over today's distance off a 4lb higher mark, while Triple Charm is upped in grade having scored over 7f at the same track in February and he has a wide draw and a 7lb rise to contend with. A chance is taken on COURAGEOUS here as September's Chester winner finished third in better company behind Alben Star, who runs earlier on the card, on his reappearance three weeks ago and Kevin Ryan's charge looks up to winning off his current mark. New Leyf and Farlow are others to consider on their return to action.
