In depth

Verdict

Blackstone Cliff has four Flat victories to his credit but is penalised as is Call Me Dolly, a winner over 1m4f at Thurles in October. THE CATHAL DON pulled much too hard when a beaten favourite at Limerick and will need to settle better though that was only his third start under Rules and he can hang on this time. The Greek has had both starts over hurdles over 2m4f and been prominent throughout so the drop in trip shouldn't be a problem and he looks the only realistic threat. Mr Tambourine Man is by Galileo but had just one run for Aidan O'Brien as a two-year-old before being moved on.
