Verdict

Alhellal returned from a break with a fine run at Ballinrobe and is the type to go on improving while Big Bluff has competed at a decent level and should get competitive again. Indian Tiger attracted plenty of support on his debut at Down Royal in March and though beaten into third looked a decent prospect. DANCE THE DEVIL started favourite at Tramore last month after a cracking run at Clonmel the previous month but couldn't quite get there on ground that could have been just too fast. Unless there is something special amongst the newcomers he can gain compensation for that expensive defeat.
