Verdict

Babbling Stream was facing very fast conditions for the first time at Bellewstown and duly obliged but has a 6lb penalty to overcome and this looks tougher. Bargy Lady has been looking a few pounds high since landing a Navan maiden in March but DAWN RAIDER won this last year and looks primed for a repeat after a fine run at Roscommon last week, only her third since that success a year ago. Lizzies Champ, a winner over 2m4f here a year ago, bounced back with a narrow defeat at Roscommon and is greatly respected while Vieux Morvan, who looks a cracking prospect for the big staying chases, is 10lb lower over timber but probably warming up for Galway.
