Verdict

Stuart Kittow's team is going well at present and May Be Some Time won at Epsom last month. That was only his second start of the campaign so there may be a bit more to come but MAYO LAD has been a model of consistency since winning on the Polytrack in April and he can end a frustrating sequence of placed efforts here. Cristal Gem will have needed her run at Lingfield in June but hasn't raced since while Indian Art and My Boy Ginger may just have a couple of pounds too much. Foursquare Funtime won a four-runner race on soft ground at Beverley two runs ago but was tailed off on a return visit to The Westwood and has it all to do now.
