Henry Candy's stable can do little wrong at the moment and it would be no surprise to see veteran Wiggy Smith go close here, despite making his seasonal reappearance. Stablemate EFFIGY is better handicapped, however, and has already had a couple of outings this year. It's a long time since he visited the winner's enclosure but the seven-year-old can put that right today. Ancient Greece may have needed his comeback run but has something to find with The Cayterers on that form and more interesting is Understory, who comes here off the back of a Kempton win and scored on turf at Folkestone last June. The lightly-raced Flotation may be the pick of the remainder.
