      Verdict

      SCREAMING GEMINI showed signs of promise on his final juvenile outing when fourth in a Kempton maiden when backed into favouritism. He's been subsequently gelded and is now blinkered for this seasonal reappearance. He may well improve considerably at three and hopefully it's significant that Andrea Atzeni travels here for this one ride. Moonshine Dancer, hooded first time, is another potential improver, whilst Love Oasis is solid enough in this grade. Springforth disappointed last time but that was out of keeping with a string of previously consistent efforts. He rates the main danger if forgiven that run. Bellevarde was better last time but has very different underfoot conditions to contend with here.
