    Verdict

Jim Bolger won the first running of this with Zip Top but Beyond Thankful has a stouter pedigree and should do better over further. Aidan O'Brien runs the newcomer King Of The Romans, a son of Holy Roman Emperor and closely related to the Dewhurst winner Beethoven, and THEATRE. The latter caught the eye on his debut over 6f at the Curragh behind stablemate Lines Of Battle and that should have brought him on enough to take this. Desert Of Dreams made a promising start behind Ballydoyle's Forester over 6f on this track in April and the third has since won very easily. The Marju colt Mouteab is another to keep an eye on in what should be an informative contest.
