    Verdict

    The betting suggested CLOTILDE was expected to make a winning reappearance at Chelmsford and she duly obliged - she can defy a penalty with Ryan Moore taking over the reins. Skidby Mill had little chance in an All-Weather Championship race over 7f here on Good Friday but this is more her level and she landed a double over track and trip earlier this year. Binky Blue has been in winning form at Wolverhampton and Georgia Cox takes 7lb off her back today but Miss Inga Sock recorded her only win so far over 7f and remains 6lb higher.
