Verdict

EQTIRAAN failed to land the odds in soft ground when last in action but was placed in the Solario at Sandown before that when ahead of Majoris. Gelded over the winter, Richard Hannon’s charge can make a winning return. Law And Order competed in Group races without success after winning his maiden at Newmarket in August but Baileys Showgirl won a Listed race at Chantilly last season and is preferred to the other filly in this, Paco's Angel. Mr Scaramanga picked up a nice prize in Qatar in February but this is tougher and handicap winner Ay Ay is also upped in class.
