In depth

Verdict

Opportunity Knocks is now 8lbs higher than when successful at Plumpton last month and may be a shade high in the weights now so looks best left out of calculations and a chance is taken with Back In Business, who gets the vote ahead of Myson. The last mentioned has slipped to a fair mark but is on a long losing sequence and may be best watched. Moscow Gold looks a shade high in the weights now after a couple of wins last term, while New Leader is another that would have claims on the pick of his form but also lacks a recent run. Thieves'glen is yet another that has dropped to a fair mark but also lacks a run this term and a better bet may be Back In Business. The selection also lacks a run this term but lack of an outing is not normally a problem for a horse trained by Evan Williams, who has done well with his purchases from Ireland before.
