      Verdict

      Bint Dandy won over a mile at Yarmouth last month and is only upped 4lb. She also beat REBEL SURGE over the same distance last year but the latter went close over 7f at Goodwood last week, when finishing a length in front of Crafty Madam, and Richard Spencer’s mare may be good enough in this. Tai Hang Dragon was expected to finish closer at Chelmsford and slips further down the handicap but both Island Cloud and Isstoora failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time having won their respective penultimate starts.
