    Verdict

Richard Hannon has trained the last two winners and MINAL can make it a hat-trick for the East Everleigh yard. He's been placed over 6f on his last three starts and today's extra distance can see him off the mark. He's preferred to stablemate Freddy Q and the biggest threat could come from the Godolphin-owned newcomers Harrier Hill and 400,000 dollar yearling Abhaath. The latter is a half-brother to a Grade 1 winner in America and should be noted in the betting, while recent Warwick third Emperors Pearl makes most of appeal of the remainder.
