Verdict

KARNAGE has been threatening to score in handicaps over the winter and Daniel Kubler's charge looks to have leading claims back in maiden company. Most of the opposition have been competing in the National Hunt sphere but Court Minstrel has been in fine form over hurdles. He makes a belated debut in this code with Jamie Spencer on board and is rated much higher over timber than Market Rasen winner Handsome Dan and L'Amiral David, only fifth at Wolverhampton last week. Black Hole Sun failed to show any progress on her latest start and steps up in trip.
