Verdict

MOONSTREAKER comes here after winning at Fakenham and gets the vote to emerge victorious here whilst Capable Guest makes his hurdling debut and Calon Crwbin comes here with every chance. Our selection won by an eighteen length margin last time out and won over course and distance earlier on this year. Although disappointing at Aintree in between those runs that race was against much tougher opposition than today. If producing the sort of form that he is capable of then he has the strongest claims. Calon Crwbin may be the main danger and has been running pretty well so far this year. Second behind the impressive Osric last time out he cannot be ruled out of calculations. Capable Guest has a first try over the jumps and although his trainer has only had one winner at this course over the past five seasons, any market moves for George Moore's charge may be of interest. However we side with Moonstreaker to make it back-to-back wins.
