A tough one to call, but CHORIZO can represent good value to force out De Luain Gorm and Nothingbutthetruth when push comes to shove. Mhilu - another recent winner - can also play a part in making this a competitive heat, while Mizen Raven is expected to strip a lot fitter after his return to action last month. Tempsford is also worth a mention as is a much better chaser than a hurdler and, so makes some appeal at the likely odds. However, it's taken a while for Chorizo to get back to winning ways and, as such; he is still on a handy mark despite a 6lb rise for winning here last time out. De Luain Gorm has a stiffer test under a 7lb penalty but may give the selection more to think about than Nothingbutthetruth, who was a shade disappointing when outgunned at Wetherby last time out. In summary: it's a difficult one to get to grips with but Chorizo makes the most appeal in a tightly-knit handicap - especially now he has returned to winning ways.
