The race in which Zafeen Speed beat Fantastic Dubai over the C&D a month ago can get a boost earlier on the card and there's no doubt he is a very progressive type who will take some beating despite a massive 10lb rise in the weights. WEST EMIRATES was only beaten a short-head by Zafeen Speed over the track and trip in December and, with a 2lb pull, has every chance of reversing the form. Boss Professor could hardly have won more easily at Abu Dhabi a couple of weeks ago but he's another with a big weight rise to contend with and this looks much tougher. Stalking Shadow had his first-ever run on Tapeta last month and produced a fine effort to be beaten just half-a-length by Saboteur. This million dollar foal has won four times in his career and shouldn't be long making it five. Dr Smart has never won on an artificial surface and his only run here in December produced a poor effort.
