    Verdict

None of these inspire confidence in a tricky opener and Eternalist will need to step up on last month’s handicap debut effort at Redcar. Lizzy's Dream was also well beaten at Catterick recently though still finished ahead of both Noodles Blue Boy and Under Approval while though Thornaby Princess scored over track and trip in September he was subsequently beaten by LONGROOM here later in the same month. The latter gets a speculative vote on his reappearance on that form.
