Verdict

Silver Seeker can take advantage of this poor turn out in the finale and win this at the expense of Living On A Prayer and Kyber. The selection is bidding for a hat- trick after wins over course and distance and at Redcar with a penalty last time out. He now races off a stone higher mark which would stop most horses from winning again but in the context of this race connections can once again find themselves in the winners enclosure. Living On A Prayer steps up in trip significantly after finishing second here over a mile and a half. He is more than capable winning off his current mark but may well have to settle for place prize money once again. Kyber looks a little exposed at present and has yet to reach the same level of form he was in when winning here last August so for the time being is best watched. So for the winner we return to Silver Seeker.
