        Verdict

        Dandy Nicholls has got Just James back to his best and he can gain his third victory in four outings, Baylaw Star and Queen's Echo look the best alternatives. The selection won twice in a week earlier this month and wasn't disgraced on his other start when second to King Marju. If in the same mood this afternoon he will prove hard to beat. Baylaw Star is rated slightly inferior to Just James and does have to give his rival two pounds. However he looked on the way back to his best last time and cannot easily be dismissed. Queen's Echo has a little bit to find on recent running with the selection but the stable are in decent form and she should be in the mix. Oeuf A La Neige looks the pick of the two Linda Perratt runners and may be vying for a place, however Just James is at the at the top of his game and is hard to oppose.
