      Verdict

      MAOI CHINN TIRE has plenty going for him in this. He made it three wins in his last four starts when landing a better race than this at Thirsk a week ago and can shrug off a penalty. La Bacouetteuse hasn't won since picking up this contest last year but is now back on the same mark. He's preferred to last month's Hamilton winner Voice From Above, well beaten in a couple of previous attempts at two miles this year. Strobe may prove best of the rest.
