In depth

Verdict

Wemyss Point was second here on debut in November but only beat one home on a return visit. DRUMS OF WAR can reverse that earlier form with Philip Kirby’s charge with Brian Hughes keeping faith with Chris Grant’s runner, who’ll know more today. Kelpies Myth has been placed twice over shorter trips but Go Go Lucas probably has more scope. None of the newcomers make much appeal on breeding but a market check is advised.
