      Verdict

      PORTHOS DU VALLON sneaks in off top weight having won a higher grade handicap at Hamilton last week. Bahamian C has three lengths to make up with the former and Keith Dalgleish's charge looks capable of defying a penalty. It's All A Game won in soft ground at Newcastle last month and Picks Pinta makes a quick reappearance after scoring over 6f at Bath on Wednesday, although it didn't look like he stayed 7f earlier let alone today's mile. Neuf Des Coeurs won her maiden over 7f here last year but the selection's stablemate gets first-time blinkers after a poor effort last time.
