    Verdict

Five of the last seven favourites have won this including three from Ballydoyle, who run Waterloo Bridge here. The 350,000gns son of Zoffany looked in need of experience on his debut in a strong race at the Curragh and wasn't knocked about so with improvement certain he's expected to do much better. Ger Lyons won this a year ago with Capella Sansevero, who was carrying a penalty for an earlier victory, and ARGENTERO is heading down the same route. He attracted good support on his debut here last month and could hardly have been more impressive in beating today's rival Touch Of Frost so it will take a big effort to keep him from completing a double. Jim Bolger trains Round Two for Godolphin so he'll be keen for the Teofilo colt to get off to a good start
