In depth

Verdict

Early Call and Polly Douglas have both won twice around here and the latter has the advantage of her young rider's claim. Eleuthera had been threatening to win again for some time and did so over 6f at Naas on Saturday where he led at this trip. He has a penalty to carry but should get into the frame though it's about time A STEP TOO FAR was losing her maiden tag. She led for a long way when eventually beaten narrowly at Tipperary and Colin Keane is a very positive booking. Blastofmagic scored here last month but that was on fast ground and was behind the selection at Tipperary. Dolce Sicily ran her best race for a very long time under a big weight at Sligo last week and has been dropped 2lb so has to be considered.
