Gordon Elliott puts a claimer on board GLENLOE (NAP), who ran a fine race on his comeback at Naas when staying on over slightly shorter. He has nothing to fear from Shannak on that run and he's still on the upgrade so gets the vote. Stable companion Folsom Blue is well exposed but he reverted to hurdles with a cracking victory in a tough Clonmel handicap. Mon Lino ended the last campaign with an easy maiden victory at Limerick and has continued in the same vein, scoring at Killarney in May and Galway last month. He's an obvious threat while Baie Des Isles, who won a Grand National trial at Punchestown in February, can revert to hurdles on a 21lb lower mark so has to be respected.
