Verdict

Kenai Peninsula won at Taunton in November but was well beaten at Doncaster the following month and looks vulnerable here conceding weight all round. Rydon Pynes deserves a change of luck while Charlie Longsdon's winning pointer Loudmouth is interesting on his debut under Rules. Super Villan has the past form to figure but lacks a recent run, as does Exeter fourth Regal Presence. ITALIAN MASTER showed promise over timber last year and will be all the better for his recent second in a jumpers' bumper at Wolverhampton. He gets the nod, though Silver Eagle also looked one to follow when third at Warwick in December.
