Verdict

A tough ‘getting-out’ stakes but only one of the last 10 winners has been aged older than six. Actinpieces last ran over hurdles in April of last year and has gone up 7lb since. Lingfield winner Boyhood has only raced beyond 2m4f once before and was well beaten. Forza Milan has gone up 9lb since his second at Aintree but Beneagles is only 3lb higher than when third over track and trip last month when making his reappearance. Whataknight seems anchored off his current rating so the vote goes to HELLO GEORGE, who showed he stayed the trip at Ayr last month and won over 2m4f here on soft going in the spring.
