Verdict

Richard Hannon has won this four times in nine years and has a quartet of entries with the unbeaten pair EUREKA and Redact looking the more likely winners. The former looked a potential Group contender when comfortably landing a Salisbury conditions event and with the promise of more to come he will take all the beating here. Redact has hardly broke sweat in his two runs to date and could be anything while Richard Fahey is also going for this in a big way with four runners. The best of them should prove to be Lily's Angel, who is getting better with experience if her recent Listed success at Newmarket is to be believed. Tim Easterby has won this in the past and with his horses in such sparkling form a good run is anticipated from the filly Ponty Acclaim, who looked very speedy when scoring at Thirsk and gets in here with a feather weight.
