In depth

Verdict

Desert Cross finished ahead of Party Royal when scoring at Windsor and is upped 6lb while it couldn’t get any closer between Reckless Wave and Pour L'amour at Wolverhampton last time as they dead-heated for first. Bridey's Lettuce was narrowly beaten over a longer trip at Chelmsford recently and Multigifted was runner-up in a lower grade on the all-weather. Hallingham is also raised in class after placing at Bath so another chance goes to the in-form MAZAAHER, as this looks no tougher than his latest task at Chepstow when runner-up to the progressive Moayadd.
