Verdict

Stec was a 33/1 chance when beating some well-regarded rivals at Haydock under Jenny Powell. The ground was soft that day and if the ground eases there's no reason why the combination shouldn't be involved in the finish again. Lwah disappointed at Windsor but still started odds-on at Epsom where he looked as though another furlong wouldn't have gone amiss. The two newcomers are very well connected and could fight this out. STEALING THUNDER cost 29,000 euros as a yearling and 145,000gns as a two-year-old and has a very speedy pedigree. He may just have too much pace for Time Test, who is by Dubawi out of the Group 1 winner Passage Of Time.
