Verdict

A competitive sprint but GRACIOUS JOHN is still improving having defied a penalty to win over the minimum trip at Wolverhampton last time with Doctor Sardonicus back in fourth. Intisaab won a conditions race over 6f at the latter track a week ago and Blue De Vega drops to 5f for the first time having gone close at Kempton. Atletico looks a threat on November’s cosy course and distance success while both Caspian Prince and Final Venture are smart sprinters on their day and the former beat Marsha in a Group 2 at the Curragh last year for which he’s penalised.
