Verdict

A highly competitive sprint with a number of promising juveniles from last term returning to the fray. BENGALI BOYS was a runaway winner of the Weatherbys Super Sprint last summer and a repeat of that impressive level would see him go close despite his welter burden. He looked in need of the run on his Lingfield reappearance earlier this month and will strip fitter now. Mark Johnston is doubly represented via Rebel Assault and Prestbury Park and both can be afforded every chance - the former having the better form of the pair but the latter with race fitness on his side. Myboyhenry may need the run but that is not the case with the bottom pair, both of whom have shown improved form this term and - with fitness assured - may make the most of the weight received with recent course winner Vj Day just receiving preference over Lord Of The Glen.
