In depth

Verdict

Check the market for Patty Patch and Viking Way as they make their respective handicap bows but it's DALAWYNA who receives the vote. The Ryan filly has shown steady progression on a race-by-race basis and had the remainder well beaten off last month at Wolverhampton when only beaten by a promising Haggas filly in Regina Nostra. That effort puts her in here with clear claims and hopefully she can also maintain her steady improvement for an in-form yard. The top pair need to improve and the main danger is the hat-trick seeking Elixsoft. She's shown a willing attitude to oblige the last twice and has only been raised a couple of pounds for her course and distance success back in mid-January.
