In depth

Verdict

Safe Voyage is a winner without a penalty having landed an apprentices’ race over track and trip last week but he is upped in class. Custard The Dragon went close here before landing a double at Southwell so a hat-trick is a distinct possibility but LEXINGTON TIMES could prove the one to side with. The latter was not beaten far in this grade at Lingfield recently having tumbled down the weights last year and Ruth Carr’s charge finally looks set to end a long losing run. So It's War and Zaeem still look a shade high in the handicap.
