In depth

Verdict

Beverley Bullet won over a longer trip at Carlisle recently but is 5lb higher. He was beaten by Symbolic Star over track and trip before that and the latter has decent claims back at this venue. Pensax Lady was still beaten five lengths when runner-up at Wolverhampton and CLEAR AS A BELL found one too good upped in class at Leicester during the week. But she’d won in this grade at Musselburgh earlier so Tim Easterby’s filly gets the vote on her all-weather debut.
